Return Process

  Log into your Seek Indonesia account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a pickup through our logistics partner using the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
